my stay at Merkur, West was fantastic! the staff were super warm and friendly, sharing helpful info right from check-in. the location is unbeatable, just a minute's walk from the west station, making getting around so easy. enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop with stunning views of switzerland's beauty. having a microwave in the lobby was a nice touch, too!
